t with one another.
Right now, you’re treading the Orthodox Spiritualist path.
This and law

force, which is the power of the physical body, dont clash with each other.
Still, they conflict quite a bit with your inner demon, so do as you will with this knowledge.”

Xia Fei answered, ‘I understand.
I won’t be improving on my inner demon for the time being.”

Fuchen nodded his head in satisfaction before saying loudly, ‘Let’s go.
I’d like to see just how much Spirit Energy you could contain in you! I’ve prepared a total of thirteen locations, and this is just the first.”

*Whoosh*

The Mammoth’s life vessel that they stole set off once more.
Fortunately, they were already not too far away from the Tarot Galaxy, so even though Xia Fei and Fuchen went on a stealing spree of Spirit Energy everywhere, it would not take them long to arrive at their destination.

Xia Fei was good at piloting warships and also enjoyed doing so immensely.
This was why, after Fuchen gave Xia Fei the coordinates to the second location, the old man retreated to his room while balancing a cup of tea in his hand.

“Do you hate us Fiends so much? There’s clearly no harm in Xia Fei continuing his inner demon training, so why did you have him abandon it?” Wraith, who could not hold it in anymore, poked his head out to ask this.

Fuchen smiled, the comers of his lips curling into a strange smirk as he replied, “Xia Fei is already plenty fiendish, even if he doesn’t continue improving his inner demon.
If he were to keep training it, I’m afraid that this plane wouldn’t be able to contain a monstrous maverick like him.”

“You’re truly a monster!” Fuchen blurted out, his brows wrinkled.
He was currently standing with bewildered -looking eyes on the thirteenth planet, which used to be full of Spirit Energy, not until Xia Fei absorbed alll of it into his brain region.

“Though the Spirit Energy in all the thirteen planets couldn’t be considered top grade, they all still added up to about seventy standard Spirit Energy units.
You have just one and a half Soul Marks, how could you absorb everything? I simply can’t make sense of that.”

Xia Fei shrugged, replying nonchalantly, “If you’re asking me this question, who should I look to for an answer? Honestly, I think that I can still take in seventy more units if needed.”

“Careful you don’t bloat yourself to death.” Fuchen rolled his eyes at Xia Fei.

Fuchen had carefully selected locations brimming with Spirit Energy, and it was his original plan to replenish his Spirit Energy a little, too, just in case.

In the end, Xia Fei absorbed all of them, not even leaving a drop for Fuchen.

Fuchen heaved a long sigh.
‘Forget it.
Since your Soul Marks are so powerful, then you can develop them as you please.
Remember: This type of Soul Absorption Art can only be used in places that are uninhabited.
Don’t ever let out your Soul Marks in bustling places, or else you’ll be in big trouble if an enemy

launches a sneak attack on you.”

Xia Fei’s releasing of his Soul Marks in this manner to absorb nature’s Spirit Energy was actually very dangerous.
He would find himself in tremendous danger if his Soul Marks ended up attacked by someone else.

The other method was to use his body as a conduit, sending Spirit Energy into his seventh brain region.
Though the rate of channeling would not be as fast as the method he had used earlier, it would at least be a lot safer.
Because they were on an uninhabited planet, Fuchen had no qualms with having Xia Fei

use Soul Absorption Art.

“Let’s go.
You’ve already gotten seventy standard units of Spirit Energy, which can be considered a big reserve in the small circle of Spiritualists.
If you trade this Spirit Energy to other Spiritualists, every standard unit can fetch you at least a billion pearls,” Fuchen explained.

Xia Fei, who was slightly taken aback at this new information, hurriedly asked, “Spirit Energy can be traded?”

Fuchen answered, “Of course, it can.
It’s very popular for people in the Spiritualist circle to trade Spirit Energy for items.
After all, there’s a limit to the amount of Spirit Energy in the universe, and not only will Spiritualists waste time searching for them all over, there’s not even a guarantee that they can find

it despite putting in the effort.
That’s why many powerful Spiritualists don’t wish to do it themselves and will use soul weapons to exchange for Spirit Energy from their fellows, saving quite a lot of time in the process.

“You’ll understand this after you start interacting with the community in the future.
The real fun things out there that money can’t buy can be traded with Spirit Energy.
You have a large reserve in your brain right now, and it’s akin to carrying a bank around with you.
It’s very convenient.”

Xia Fei anxiously nodded his head as he did some quick mental math.
If every unit of Spirit Energy was really worth a billion pearls, as Fuchen had just told him, then this meant that he had seventy billion pearls in his brain!

To think in just a few days, Xia Fei had gathered Spirit Energy that was worth seventy billion pearls! It looked like this was a profession that had quite a profitable future.

All of a sudden—

Asmall warship rapidly landed, and before the ship even came to a full halt, a black figure descended in haste, yelling, “WHO’RE YOU PEOPLE THAT DARED TO STEAL MY Spirit Energy? I’LL HAVE IT OUT WITH YOU TWO!”

Fuchen frowned.

*Boom*

An impressive glow of light surged from Fuchen’s body, which was as splendid as a supernova!

“SCRAM!” Fuchen yelled with a stern expression on his face.

‘The newcomer was evidently another Spiritualist, but he could not imagine that he would cross paths with an ancestor Orthodox Spiritualist! This was a figure whom he could not even dream of meeting!

The moment Fuchen displayed his cultivation, it rooted this man to the spot.
Thinking of making them pay, he was already so awashed with fear that all he could do was to tremble severely!

*Squelch*

The fiendish blade, Nirvana, came cleaving from above and split that Spiritualist into two! Furball and Peacock Blue moved in unison right after and destroyed that warship instantly, tearing it apart!

Everything happened over several seconds.
Fuchen didn’t kill the Spiritualist, but Xia Fei did!

“Oh, crap! Why did you kill him? At the end of the day, he’s still a fellow Spiritualist!” Fuchen furrowed his brows and exclaimed in a measure of annoyance.

Xia Fei pointed at the spot where the Spiritualist had disappeared and indifferently stated, “He had Spirit Energy in him, so I”

“So you just killed him?!” Fuchen was even more astonished upon hearing this explanation.

“No, I stole them,” Xia Fei corrected earnestly..
