I start my car and type the sellers address into my phone. his house is about 15min away I leave the Walmart and drive for a short while before I arrive at the sellers house. Once I arrived, I didn see the bike, so I got out of my truck and walked up to the front door and knocked.

It didn take long for somebody to answer the door I asked him if he was the seller for the motorcycle to make sure I was at the right house he said he was and that the bike was in the garage. He asked me to give him a second to open it and to just wait for him outside by the garage. so, I walked around to the garage door and waited for him to open it.

A few minutes later the garage opened, and he was standing there by the bike on the right side of garage. The bike was a little dustier than what was shown in the online pictures but overall, it looked to be good condition. I walked over and asked a couple of questions about the bike and started to give it a through look over testing everything I could to make sure it would be worth it to fix and resell it.

After I finished checking over everything and was satisfied with what I had found I turned to the seller and told that I would take the bike. As I was talking to the seller another guy came out of the house and started going through the mini fridge and then a couple boxes on the other side of the garage.

I thought nothing of it and continued talking to the seller, we agreed on the price of $200.00 that we had talked about before. I then took out my wallet and got the cash out from it almost as soon as I had taken the cash out of my wallet, the guy on the other side of the room pulled a pistol out from his waist band and pointed it at me.

He then yelled at me to put the money on the ground. I could see his eyes were extremely blood shot, so I assumed that he was most likely very high and since I was only losing $200.00, I decided to go along with his demands for now.

As I started to do as he said I kept an eye on him to make sure I could react in case he did anything rash. As I was putting the money on the ground, the seller panicked and started to run out of the garage. I then saw the guy with the gun turn the gun towards him. so, I took this opportunity to try and charge him to get the gun away from him.

The distance between us was only 8 or 9 feet so I felt confidant to be able to cross the distance to get to him. Unfortunately, when I was halfway there, he noticed me running towards him and turned the gun back towards me. I watched in what seemed like slow motion as the gun pointed towards me and then BANG!!!
