Rain Of ‘TERROR’

I couldn afford to look back ,I was running as fast as I could . I didn know who or what was chasing me . It was so dark I didn know where I was going or how far I was from home. I don think I have gotten to this part of the woods before . Every where was dark, I could hear growls far from where I was . As i ran , the trees were scratching my body and forming bruises . I was in pain and starting to get weak but I knew I just had to run away from the thing chasing me. Lost in my thoughts about running I didn know how I slipped and fell . A dark shadow casted over me and I looked up only to see dark eyes , just like the one of a demon .

He came closer and closer and closer and closer and clo…

It was just a dream , I kept on chanting in my mind as I woke up. Not again I thought. I kept on having this dream over and over again. This time I saw his eyes. Shaking off the thought , I stood up and left my room. ”Mom! ” , I practically yelled looking for my mum .I had to tell her about the dream . ”Alice ”,she called out to me coming out of the kitchen . ”Whats wrong? ” , she asked . ”Mum , I had the dream again ” I replied and rushed to hug her , I buried my head in her chest, she was taller so that was easier to do but she had a smaller body frame like that of a model . She caressed my head lovingly and spoke gently into my ears ”Its okay baby , mommas here ” . Listening to her calmed me and I was at ease . ”Mom I saw the person chasing me…I saw him…he had dark scary eyes…he came to me ”I spoke quickly and ran out of air . ”Hey!Hey! Calm down baby ” my mom called me back to life cause I was still thinking about the dream .

MOMS POV

I need to find a solution to this…but how ? I thought . She looked at me with expectant eyes , I did know what to do or why she was having strange dreams but I needed to find out . I couldn afford to disappoint my daughter at all . She is just 16 and shes having to go through all of these . ”Why don you go up and get ready for school while I prepare breakfast ” I spoke to her calmly cause I felt she would be distracted when she meets her friends. ”O…okay Mom ” she replied shakenly and went up to get dressed.
