When Sallin and the other two elites of the Reio Republic saw this scene, their eyes flashed with disbelief and fear, and they trembled uncontrollably.

Shu Feng killed Vahalon, a son of the prime minister of the Reio Republic, in front of everybody.
This crime is more than ten times graver than the alleged rape of Melina.
